c. Exchange Shipping:
- The cost of shipping the item back to us for exchange will be the responsibility of the customer.
- However, we will cover the shipping cost to send the new item to you.
3. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a return or exchange, as per your preference, at no extra cost to you.
